Mid-Century Modern

Reused a set with a few adjustments and additions.

Mid-century furniture is so charming and timeless.... the complete opposite of the furniture in my home now. When I have my own place, I will definitely have to own a few pretty pieces from that era.

This is just fueling my housewife dreams. Being my own housewife that is.

Of course I had to throw in a plant in the mix. And you bet your ass I kept that plant. It's called a "red maranta".

  1. the teak(?) furniture in the photograph can be restored to a pretty "almost new" condition with some teak oil ;)

I love buying flea-market bargains from flea markets to restore them. you inspire me to take some pictures of some of the stuff i've fixed.
